Dr. Jorge Baez received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He completed an internship in General Surgery at New York University Medical Center followed by his completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program at the NYU Medical Center – Hospital for Joint Diseases. He also completed an Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Baez is licensed in both Massachusetts and New York. He is currently practicing at The Central Orthopedic Group in Plainview, NY.
